Pay Equity
Saegis Campus adheres to government-mandated salary frameworks to ensure fairness and equity across all staff categories. Salaries for academic staff are structured based on University Grants Commission guidelines, while other staff remuneration follows government regulations issued by the Ministry of Public Administration and relevant authorities.

World Tourism Day Celebrations 2024 was held on 26th September 2024 at Saegis Campus. This event was organized by the Saegis Tourism Club, Department of Management, Saegis Campus Nugegoda, in collaboration with Canterbury Christ Church University, United Kingdom to honor this year’s theme, “Tourism and Peace.”

The second-year tourism and hospitality management undergraduates of Saegis Campus had a hotel visit to Sofia Colombo City Hotel on the 5th of December 2024. This visit was organized with the prime aim of offering students first-hand experience of the operational departments in an international star-class hotel, along with a focus on hygiene and grooming in hotel operations. The Department of Management extends its sincerest appreciation to Sofia Colombo City Hotel and Mr. SP Illangakoon and Mr. Narada Jayasinghe for facilitating this visit and continuing to support the Department’s tourism and hospitality-related initiatives and activities.
