Saegis Campus ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting the privacy and personal information of all users of www.saegis.ac.lk and associated systems. In keeping with our Vision to be the preferred higher education provider in Sri Lanka and our Mission to produce highly employable graduates in a caring, disciplined environment we collect, use, and store data in an ethical, lawful, and transparent manner.

This Policy explains how we collect, use, store, disclose and protect personal data, in compliance with Sri Lanka's Personal Data Protection Act No. 9 of 2022 (PDPA).

Scope & Applicability

This Privacy Policy applies to:

• Data processed within or connected to Sri Lanka; and

• Our students, staff, prospective students, website visitors, and partners.

Definitions

• Sensitive Personal Data: Any information relating to an identified or identifiable individual.

• Data Subject: The person whose data is being processed.

• Controller / Processor: Saegis Campus as originator or handler of personal data.
