Payment Guidelines


At Saegis Campus, we are committed to providing affordable, high-quality education. Our fees are competitive and designed to be affordable for everyone. We offer easy payment schemes and various financial aid options to ensure your academic journey is stress-free. Your dream of a world-class degree is within reach with our flexible and accessible fee structures.

1. Payment Options


Saegis provides interest-free instalment plans to ensure flexibility in managing your course fees.

Option 1 – Full Payment: Attractive discounts are available for students who settle the full course fee in advance.

Option 2 – Semester-wise Payment: Fees can be paid at the beginning of each semester.

Option 3 – Monthly Payment: Fees may also be paid in monthly installments.

2. Scholarships


All Ministry of Education (MOE)-approved degree programmes are eligible for credit-based scholarships offered by Saegis Campus

Special scholarships are also available for students enrolling in any programmes offered by Saegis Campus who have demonstrated exceptional leadership or achievements, including:

School Head Prefects

Sports Captains

Other Office Bearers of the School Top Board

Students who have represented their school at national-level sports tournaments

3. Payment Methods


Students may settle their Registration Fee / Saegis Course Fee / Affiliated University Fee using any of the following methods:

a) Cash or Credit/Debit Card Payment

Payments can be made in LKR only at the Saegis Campus Cashier Counter (Ground Floor)

Operating Hours: 8.00 AM – 12.30 PM | 1.10 PM – 4.00 PM (Monday – Sunday)


b) Bank Transfer / Deposit

Payments may also be made directly to the following account:

Important Notes:

Always include your Saegis Student ID Number in the Beneficiary Remarks field.

Email a scanned copy of your original deposit slip/transfer receipt on the same day of payment to: directdeposit@saegis.ac.lk.

The email must clearly state: Student ID, Full Name, Programme, Payment Type (Registration Fee / Saegis Course Fee / Affiliated University Fee), and Instalment Number.

4. Affiliated University Fee Payment Guidelines


(This does not apply to MOE-approved programmes or any other local programmes)

4.1 Canterbury Christ Church University (CCCU), UK

+ A 5% processing fee will be charged on all GBP payments.

+ Students paying in LKR can pay in cash (LKR only), card payment to the cashier, or make a bank transfer. The official exchange rate will be provided by Saegis Finance on the date of payment (the rate can be changed daily), and any other rates are not accepted.

+ Students opting to pay by Bank Draft (BD) in GBP should:

- Issue the draft in favor of “Canterbury Christ Church University, UK”.

- Submit it to the Saegis cashier before the deadline.

- Pay a BD processing fee of Rs. 15,000/=. (The 5% GBP processing fee does not apply to bank drafts.)

4.2 Pearson, UK

+ A 5% processing fee will be charged on all GBP payments.

+ Students paying in LKR can pay in cash (LKR only), card payment to the cashier, or make a bank transfer. The official exchange rate will be provided by Saegis Finance on the date of payment (the rate can be changed daily), and any other rates are not accepted.

+ Bank Drafts are not accepted for Pearson fee payments.

4.3 Late Payment Penalties for Affiliated University Enrolment Fees

If the affiliated university enrolment fee is not paid on time, the following penalties will apply:


+ 0 – 45 days after deadline: Fee × 1.25

+ 46 – 90 days after deadline: Fee × 1.50

+ 91+ days after deadline: Fee × 2.00

5. Terms & Conditions


All fees must be paid on or before the due date specified in your payment plan.

Late payments or delays in sending proof of payment will incur a 5% monthly surcharge on the outstanding balance.

Payments overdue by more than 4 weeks will result in suspension of access to the LMS/Blackboard.

Payments overdue by more than 8 weeks will be considered as withdrawal from the programme, and withdrawal procedures will be initiated by the Registrar's Office.

Students with outstanding payments will not be issued examination admission cards or results.

6. Refund Policy


Registration Fee: Non-refundable.

Saegis Course Fee: 60% of the fee is non-refundable. Class fees are non-refundable after the semester begins. Students on monthly payment plans must settle 60% of the total course fee if they withdraw after the semester has commenced.

Affiliated University Fee: Non-refundable once registration with the university is completed.

A Refund Processing Fee of Rs. 10,000/= will be deducted from all approved refund requests.
