Mr. Keshawa brings in private and public sector experience in teaching Change Management, Operations Management, and Digital Marketing.He is a leading researcher in generational differences and the psychological contract. Mr. Keshawa Perera is a lecturer and Program Lead – Canterbury Christ Church University – Degree program.
Mr. Keshawa earned his BSc.in Business Administration (Sp.) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and subsequently, he read for his Master of Business Administration at the Postgraduate Institute of Management (PIM) – University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
