Ms Chalini Asirini is a Lecturer in the Department of Management. Ms Chalini has research interests in Human Resource Management.
She is the program lead for Pearson BTEC HND in Business Management at Saegis Campus
She received her undergraduate degree, BSc in Human Resource Management (Special) from the University of Sri Jayewardenepura, Sri Lanka. She is reading for an MSc in Management at the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, the University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
Ms Chalini has earned a diploma in Psychology and Counselling from Mental Health Foundation. She has also completed the Certificate in Professional Communication and Certificate in Academic Writing at the Faculty of Management Studies and Commerce, University of Sri Jayewardenepura.
