Ms Yamuna Fernando is a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Management.
She received her undergraduate degree in Business Management from the Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka.
She read for her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management (HRM) at the University of Sri Jayewardenepura and completed a professional qualification in HRM at CIPM, Sri Lanka.
Ms Yamuna has published papers in leading journals. She has published papers in HRM and Development.
